FAQs about our Facial treatments
We believe everyone has different experiences when it comes to their hair removal of choice. Our clients choose us consistently because we make their sugaring experience the most comfortable hair removal experience. For our clients, waxing is the worst discomfort they experience due to the waxing being hot and adhering to live skin cells rather than dead skin cells
Sugaring is a "lifestyle" as our lavish clients like to call it. If you’re expecting to flaunt a smooth, silky hooha after just one sugaring sesh, then we need to chat. Our most esteemed clients, come with patience and a whole lot of commitment, they understand the game and they’re in it for the long haul, and they know that to see lasting results (yup, even right into their 80s), they need to drop by every 3 weeks. Consistency is the key to seeing those silky results
Some temporary side effects may include:

Some positive side effects include: Getting compliments on how smooth your underarms look, never having to worry about taking a razor with your on trips, wearing any bikini you want because you feel like it!!!
If this is your first time getting sugared and you have been previously using a razor or your hair is very coarse, your first treatment will be the most uncomfortable. After your first treatment and overtime, you will notice softer and lighter hair. After a few more sugaring, sessions, you will start to notice bald spots. This will be the beginning stages of your journey to less hair
Your initial sugaring session will take about 30-45min and future sugaring sessions will take around 15-20 minutes.
As far as results, most people start to notice finer and slower hair growth after their first session. Some areas will not grow hair anymore after your 5th or 6th session.
We prefer the hair to be at least the length of a grain of rice or a bit longer. If the hair is too short, the sugar will not be able to grab on to the hair, and the experience will be uncomfortable
Absolutely! It's what we LOVE!! We know pregnancy makes it more challenging to take care of down there. That's why we're here. Our sugar paste is safe and non toxic for pregnant women.
Do not switch up on your schedule just because Ms Flow is here very early or very late.
Yes...you may be a bit more sensitive. (That's normal - it's just hormones doing their thing.)
If so, take an over-the-counter pain relief about 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

You can simply put on a tampon and be on your way. We do just an amazing job keeping you hairless while you're on your period
Yes those bumps are 1000% normal. Please refrain from popping them, as the skin can get more irritated. Those bumps are known as histamine reactions which occurs when the skin is trying to protect you. You need to follow the proper post care instructions, avoid tight clothing, and wear loose cotton underwear. Cold compresses and a soothing cream will aid in recovery
