Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings are final — non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual. 2. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or cancelled by the client — sessions are held strictly for the scheduled date and time. 3. In the event Luxerapy or Vhue Skin cancels or reschedules a popup event, affected clients will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for the rescheduled date.
